James Dick: A Dedicated Advocate for Criminal Defense, Family, Immigration, Personal Injury, and Real Estate
Born in the United States and raised in Canada, James Dick returned to the U.S. to proudly serve his country in the United States Coast Guard. During his seven years of service, he spent five years in a law enforcement capacity, earning the Coast Guard Meritorious Service Medal and two Coast Guard Commandant’s Letters of Commendation for his exemplary contributions. His service concluded after an injury, but his commitment to upholding the law and assisting others remained steadfast.
James's return to the U.S. was driven by a deep belief in America as the land of opportunity and freedom. With family members who have immigrated from various parts of the world, he possesses a profound understanding of the aspirations and challenges faced by those seeking to live in, sponsor family in, or gain citizenship in the United States. This personal insight fuels his dedication to guiding clients through complex U.S. immigration laws.
Following his military discharge, James successfully launched three businesses while simultaneously pursuing his education, driven by a desire to acquire knowledge and skills that would empower him to help others more effectively. This path ultimately led him to law school.
James Dick's diverse background—encompassing military service, entrepreneurial ventures in both franchise and non-franchise businesses, and personal experience with dual citizenship—provides him with a unique and comprehensive perspective. This rich experience allows him to offer an in-depth understanding of Criminal Defense, Family, Immigration, Personal Injury, and Real Estate issues, along with practical insights into case resolution outcomes and best practices.
