Born in the United States, I was raised in Canada, returning to the US and joining the United States Coast Guard. I served in the U.S. Coast Guard for 7 years before an injury led to my separation from the service. During this period of service, I received the Coast Guard Meritorious Service Medal, and two Coast Guard Commandant’s Letters of Commendation.
I originally returned to the United States because it truly is the land of opportunity because you have more freedoms in the United States than any other country.
Since being discharged from the military, I opened three businesses while still furthering my education to give me the skills and knowledge to better help others. This led me to law school.
My experience in the military, owning franchise and non-franchise businesses, and having dual citizenship has afforded me a unique and in depth understanding of business, franchise, and immigration legal issues, typical resolutions, and best practices.
